30+ YEARS! Great cows have been a part of Millborne Farm since the early '70’s. The health and well-being of our cows is a big factor in the quality of the products we can produce from their milk.
We take real pride in our herd. From the cows that have been shown from New England to Wisconsin, to the hard working “regulars,” our cows all have real names, they all look different (really), and they all have different personalities; some are easy going, others… —oh well.
We try to treat our land with the same approach as our animals: Take good care of it, and it will return the favor. The driving force behind our Yogurt Drink is the desire to remain a relatively small, but viable farm. One that not only provides us with a living, but is an attractive place for our community and anybody who wants to visit, hike along the farm roads, or simply drive by on a trip through Vermont’s beautiful countryside.
